4th day in hong kong
4th day is also a rather relaxing day. Woke up kinda late because my cousin and his wife had to go to church as its a sunday morning. After that, all of us went to a wan tan mee shop for lunch. Wan tan mee was good and crunchy. However, there is still alot of boric acid so the soup is super yellow with a weird taste. But the mee was great. Texture is good.
After lunch, we went to pay respect to my mother's mum's older sister. Complicating, I know. After that we went to the grave yard where alot of the TVB tv series film their scenes there especially the shows with gangsters. If i did not remember it wrongly, one of Laughing Gor's episode has the scene from that grave yard. Actually, our aim was to go and pay our respect to my cousin's parents, and also cousin's wife's parents.
After that, we came home and rest for like about an hour. Then we went to another cousin's house to have dinner. Dinner was a big feast. There was Poon Choy, steamboat, lamb, fruits, dessert, salad, sushi and "elephant trunk" (weird name right. i have no idea what the real name is but in Hong Kong, they call that dish elepant's trunk because it apparently looks like one.) I was kinda disappointed with the Poon Choy. Its supposed to be most tasty in Hong Kong because it is kinda originated from there. But i think my mother's one taste better. It has more taste because my mum usually spends 2days preparing for that big dish. So i like hers more. But the decoration of the dish in Hong Kong looks really grand. But then again, don't be deceived by their looks. Thats the only dish i was disappointed in.
Right now i'm gonna go and resume studying a little of my contract law before going to bed. Tomorrow is gonna be a long day.
Night world!
